I'm a state-qualified cycling instructor and guide based in Nice. I founded LAGUIDOLINE to share my love of cycling, teach practical skills and help visitors discover a region that's close to my heart.
Whether I'm helping a child learn to ride, guiding an adult on new routes or bringing a group together, I adapt the route, pace and advice to the people cycling with me.
For me, a great day on a bike is also about meeting people, taking time to enjoy the scenery or stopping for coffee in just the right spot.

Yes. Learning to ride without training wheels is one of the options, alongside developing balance, improving skills and becoming an independent rider. The programme is adapted to your child's level.
Do I need to be athletic to join an adult ride?
Not necessarily. Rides are designed around your level and goals. A tour of Nice, a confidence-building session and a sporty ride require different skills, so we'll choose the right format together.

Yes. LAGUIDOLINE organises rides and cycling activities for companies, local authorities, associations, families and private groups, including team-building days and seminars.
